Councilman Thomas Dooper was born and raised in Glasgow, Montana and has lived in Lusk for 32 years. Following graduation from Chadron State College in 1989, Councilman Dooper began his banking career at Lusk State Bank. He served in the Army from 1975-1978.
Short Term Goals as Councilman: "My short term goal is to learn the ins and outs of serving on the Council and make the town more attractive".
Long Term Goals as Councilman: "One of my long term goals is to ensure that the necessary upgrades to the Town’s infrastructure are put in place. I would also like to bolster the local economy by helping attract businesses to the community to entice young families to the area".

Councilman Chantry Filener moved to Lusk in 2012. He has owned and operated several small businesses including: IT Consulting; Coffee Shop; & Construction.
Short Term Goals as Councilman: "To better understand the operation of the Town of Lusk with the intention of supporting and benefiting the citizens."
Long Term Goals as Councilman: "To advocate for policies and programs that support our constituents, while maintaining fiscal responsibility."

Councilman Ron Pfister is a life long resident of Lusk. He has served on many local boards from the Fire Department to County Commissioner.
