"The Lusk Police department would like to give a big thank you to everyone that made the Cops & Goblins a success! It was so awesome to see a good turn out for our first year and all the kids having fun. We want to specifically thank the maintenance manager and the mayor for allowing us to use the golf course and getting it ready. All of the flyers and prizes would not of happened without the help of the Chamber of Commerce and all the businesses that donated for the prizes. To the Elks and Does for coming out and providing refreshments and delicious cookies. The Goblins did win this year but the cops will have a few tricks up their sleeve for next year." Chief Jacob Gordon
" A HUGE thanks to our officers at the Lusk Police Department for letting us help with making this event great! Hide and seek from the police was a big success! We learned what to improve on next year and most importantly, everyone had a great time! Thank you to everyone in the community who donated including individuals, Rawhide Drug, and Bean Grinders for your generosity! And thank you to the local Elks and Does clubs for providing all of the yummy treats and drinks! The turn out was awesome and we hope to get even more participants next year! Ps. For those wondering, the kids definitely won this year...but, I bet our officers will be looking to settle that score at next year's event!" Chamber of Commerce
